1. Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and the zorro4d platform ("Platform", "Company", "us"). By registering, accessing or using any part of the zorro4d platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

zorro4d operates under international licensing and offers online betting services including slots, live casino, sports betting and horse racing. The platform is designed specifically to ensure a safe, fair and responsible gaming experience.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the zorro4d platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any law or regulation that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Register only one (1) account. Holding more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process.

zorro4d reserves the right to request identity verification documents including a copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. User Account

Each member is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account information, including username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.

Any activity that occurs within your account is considered to be activity authorised by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access to the zorro4d support team in writing. zorro4d bears no liability for any loss arising from the disclosure of your account information to another party.

The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the zorro4d platform is prohibited. zorro4d reserves the right to close the account of any member found using such methods without prior notice, and funds in the account concerned may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the zorro4d platform are handled through approved payment methods. Deposits and withdrawals can be made via:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• FPX (Online Banking)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
Withdrawal processing time: Under 1 hour.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with identity verification (KYC) procedures. zorro4d reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

zorro4d offers various promotions to members. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is made. The general provisions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

Welcome Bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement RM150 × 20 = RM3,000.
• Example: Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.

Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Any attempt to claim a bonus multiple times or through unauthorised methods will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

zorro4d reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus funds cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.

6. Game Rules

All games offered on the zorro4d platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.

In the event of a technical disruption, system failure or software error during a game session, zorro4d reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance. Any winnings generated from a technical fault are not considered valid.

• Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs is prohibited and subject to enforcement action.
• Communication between the game server and the client is encrypted for the security of all parties.

7. Member Conduct

Members agree to use the zorro4d platform in a responsible and respectful manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, cheating or any form of game manipulation.
• Money laundering or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Use of third-party software, automation bots or hacking tools.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system through multiple accounts.
• Harassment or threats directed at support staff or other members.
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.

A breach of any of the above provisions will result in immediate action including account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and possible legal proceedings depending on the severity of the breach.

8. Limitation of Liability

The zorro4d platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, zorro4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

zorro4d will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of money, loss of data, or business interruption.

zorro4d is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or failures caused by factors outside its control, including natural disasters, network outages, or actions by authorities.

9. Account Closure

Closure by Member: Members may close their account at any time by contacting the zorro4d support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all verification requirements have been met.

Closure by zorro4d: zorro4d reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in this Agreement.
• Confirmation that the member is under 21 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity or referrals from law enforcement authorities.
• A request by the member themselves for self-exclusion due to problem gambling.

10. Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws under the jurisdiction relevant to zorro4d's international licensing. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if that fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures set by the licensing authority.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be in full force and effect.
